Thank you for your interest in Credit Studies at the University of Arkansas School of Continuing Education & Academic Outreach. Our goal is to provide for the educational requirements of the people of the state of Arkansas and beyond by offering a variety of college courses to students who desire additional flexibility in their pursuit of life-long learning.
The Department of Independent Study affords such students the opportunity to gain undergraduate college credits with minimal disruption of their normal daily activities, while at the same time, providing a challenging and rewarding educational experience.
The Department of Off-Campus Classes extends the arm of the University of Arkansas to areas beyond the Fayetteville campus. Students are offered graduate or undergraduate programs through interactive video, online delivery, or traditional class meetings.
The Department of National/International Credit Studies takes the learning experience world-wide,
with summer study tours to a variety of sites,
such as Costa Rica, England, Ireland, Italy, Jordan,
and Mexico.
